L'autista del trasporto è arrivato prontamente e ci ha portato al porto in circa un'ora. L'inconveniente principale è stata l'attesa di 2 ore al porto per il nostro traghetto, che è stato puntuale, ma sembra che sia una cosa che fa stare tutti in giro al porto per circa quel tempo... strano. Detto questo, ero nervosa per questo servizio a causa della mancanza di recensioni, ma sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del servizio!

We missed the ferry because the pickup time they scheduled was wrong. We arrived 40 minutes late at the check-in. No one apologized, and we had to wait 3 hours for the next ferry.

we had Adhitya Kurovich who was amazing & kept us super informed about the whole journey! He was there on time to greet us, put our baggage away & drove super safe. He even checked us in so we wouldn’t have too & took us round to the entrance so the whole journey was smooth and hassle free!

Driver was on time, friendly and drove safely. No problems with driving part of the booking at all, just the ferry part was bad. Ferry port was overcrowded, poorly organised and the boarding of our ferry was delayed. Our total journey was 4 hours. NOT the 2 hours advertised.
