Everything was exactly as described. The transfer went smoothly and there were no delays. Of course, it wasn’t the most comfortable journey with the speed boat, but that wasn’t promised either. Overall, everything was well organized and went as expected. I would definitely book it again.

Very bad, it was uncortable, the AC wasnt working and 2 hour delay. They almos lost out luggage and they forced us to change boats in Gili T because it was late for then to go back to Bali. At thar pier we were misstreated. I would never buy here again

Upon arriving at the harbor, we were confronted with the fact that the fast boat couldn't depart due to strong winds. At the Dprabu office, the given alternative was to take the slow ferry to Lembar, travel north by bus, and then take the fast boat to Gili Air. Excellent solution! Everything was well-organized, until we were able to take the fast boat to Gili Air. Suddenly, all travelers were hit with an additional charge of IDR 100.000 per passenger! This was never communicated to us or the other travelers. At that point, you have no choice and are practically forced to pay. We complied, but it's unacceptable. Travelers are not being honestly informed in advance and are being forced to pay a significant amount of money.

Boat had fairly comfortable seats but is very crowded. Boat stops for long periods, for people to get on and off, and gets very hot very quickly. But did get us across safely.
