È stato molto semplice e senza complicazioni. Avrei potuto trovare un modo per navigare nell'insondabile caos dei trasporti filippini, ma viaggiare con la compagnia significava non doverlo fare. Ho potuto semplicemente godermi il viaggio.

It was very easy and uncomplicated. I might have been able to find a way to navigate the unfathomable chaos of Filipino transport, but travelling with the company meant I didn't have to. I could just enjoy the ride.

Purtroppo il sito web di prenotazione di 12go è un disastro. Se si prenota un neonato, viene addebitata una tariffa per adulti anche se i bambini sotto i 3 anni sono gratuiti.
Anche le altre informazioni sulle tariffe sul sito web di 12go non sono corrette. 12go insiste su una politica di non rimborso anche se il loro sito web è la causa del problema che richiede un rimborso.

Unfortunately the 12go booking web site is a disaster. If you book an infant you get charged an adult fare even though under 3yo are free.
The other fare information on the 12go web site is also incorrect. 12go insist on a no refund policy even though their web site is the cause of the problem requiring a refund.
Si-Kat staff went beyond normal good service to assist and correct the error.

Abbiamo preso il minibus perché non c'erano abbastanza passeggeri per giustificare il pullman e l'autista guidava inutilmente veloce. I bambini hanno avuto il mal di macchina per tutto il viaggio e non è stato un viaggio rilassante.

We took the minibus as there weren't enough passengers to justify the coach and the driver was just driving unnecessarily fast. Kids felt car sick the whole way and just wasn't a relaxing journey.

It is a good service and makes the process fairly smooth. Easier to find the bus here than battling through PITX bus terminal. Just go to the city state tower hotel and check in and they take you to the bus and easy from there. One stop at a very clean place for toilet coffee etc. Some snacks sold on the bus if you want. Only issue was the ferry allocated seats and didnt give us any choice, we were sat inside, and no window where I sat and I got seasick. Would be nice for customers to be able to choose their seat where available, and option to sit up top outside. Also at Batangas port the guy that took us from the bus just walked off and gave us no instruction. It worked out ok, but would be nice if he was a bit more helpful. But I think he worked for the ferry company not Sikat. Overall it was good and would use the service again to get to Puerto galera.

Very organised, staff who assisted at bookings, who joined tge trip yo Batsngas and tge one who escorted us at Batangas terminal are all very helpful, courteous , friendly and very accommodating.
The whole trip was extremely comfortable.
I will use this service again and recommend to friends and families.
