Marco PIl mezzo era di per sé comodo, e pulito. Il problema è che non sono stati chiari con l’orario di arrivo ad Hue, dato che era indicato alle 7 del mattino, ma siamo arrivati alle 4:45 del mattino, e ci siamo ritrovati in mezzo alla strada, dato che alle ore 7 era a quanto pare l orario di arrivo ad Hoi an, ma non era chiaro nella prenotazione. State attenti.

Laura TThey told me they can pick us up earlier than it was discussed and told us to go out and wait for the driver… we ended up waiting for about an hour for the driver outside in this weather (high humidity and 32°C) We were supposed to ride a limousine but turned out we rode a taxi for about an hour or more with luggage on our legs (we only rode this limousine for about 1,5h (but the limousine was comfortable).

Lisa MThe vehicle was clean and comfortable and on time. The communication was helpful. Due to the heavy rain there was a lot of water on the roads. At times it felt unsafe as the driving wasn't adjusted to suit the conditions.

Roger ZOverall, the trip was great. The limousine was clean and almost new. The idea of picking up and dropping off in the place each passenger stays is amazing. But the driver rode too fast in Tam Coc. It is not the place to ride fast, was unnecessary and generate peril to the other people who was cycling or walking.
