It was just a scam We decided to pay more and have a small bus with comfortable seats for our trip. When the bus arrived they made us sit in front seats with a driver that are absolutely not the same as they have in main cabin and you see in pictures. They denied to let us have seats for which we paid because "you've bought tickets only 10 days before the trip, other people booked them 1 month before". So you pay for business class and for the same amount of money as other people pay you get really uncomfortable economy seats. No refund, only 3 euro for the whole trip. If we knew that before we would better choose other companies. Also they said that all seat are occupied and suddenly there was a single guy sitting in main cabin and one empty seat. So instead of moving this guy to front seats and us -- to main cabin they had one empty seat. Really poor service and literal robbery

We were ready at the pick up point. The van didn't arrive at departing time so we contacted the operator trough WhatsApp and they told us to pick us up at 11.45 am, original time was 8 am so we refused and they finally agreed to pick us up at 9.30 am (at first they wanted to cancel us the trip). We are very disappointed with this operator because they never showed up at scheduled time and we had to contact them (we were lucky because we had wi-fi nearby). And also because their solution was another van almost 4 hour later and they even tried to cancel our trip. Not recommended

**Перевод на английский:** When purchasing tickets, it’s impossible to choose a seat number. The bus that came to pick us up in Nha Trang was almost full, with only seats available at the back. We were told to take any available seats. However, at the next stop, the bus picked up another passenger who somehow had an assigned seat. Because of this, my girlfriend had to move to another available seat away from me. She ended up sitting on the back row, where she was shaken and felt nauseous the entire ride. Why don’t you allow seat selection in advance? I would never have purchased tickets for the back row.

It wasn’t their fault that the road closed down (the road was washed away in torrential rain), but the bus was an hour late on top of that. I know there’s probably a reason why but they didn’t communicate why. At the end of the day the driver came, was very friendly, and I got to my destination. They asked for an extra 100k but I only had 66k and the driver was fine with it. So hey, can’t complain too much. Would recommend them.
