Bus was on the older side but was half full. Was run by An Phu travel but was pleasant enough. Stop a few times on route but dropped us directly at our hotel which was unexpected. Time taken was exactly as shown on 12go. Overall good experience.

Bus was ok but it was a bit dirty/dusty inside and the driver made a few random stops for no reason. Also there was only 6 passengers on the bus and they made everyone sit in the same corner which seemed strange.

Bus driver drove at a safe speed (unlike the mini-van I used before). I was sent a Whatsapp message with address and photo of the office for departure from Dalat. However, it was very hard finding the place matching the photo. Eventually I gave up and a taxi driver showed me the place. BUT THE PHOTO WAS DIFFERENT! I asked the guy in the office about the photo, and he said, yea, it was wrong, t was the photo of the HoChiMinh office. FFS! He didnt apologise or explain why. I guess he didnt care.

Saigon dmc is the best travel transfer. Very kind drivers and comfortable cars. I transferred with then more than one time and the reason that I come back is because of the good service and the kindness and the availability of the office. Probably use them more.

Driver was unfortunately often on the phone, both writing and talking on the phone. Thus, he was sometimes very distracted and drove 60 where 90 was allowed. Positive was that a break was built in and we were picked up on time in Da Lat.

The driver was on his mobile phone for like the whole ride. He wasn’t paying attention to the road and we didn’t feel really safe. When we arrived he didn’t say a word and left. Not really nice. His car was comfortable tho.
