The driver stopped somewhere else. And after a discussion and call with somebody of the bus company, we got a taxi to the place we actually booked and payed for. The delay was 1 h.

Booked for 2pm but they asked us via whatsapp to go in the bus of 1pm without changing the ticket. We waited but the bus driver took 2 people only (not us) from the departer point. Finally he came back for us after we contacted the company… bit stressful but funny

From Hue to Hoi An. A bit of a bumpy ride and we made loads of stops along the way. It was OK for the short journey. We arrived a bit late but weather was bad so that’s ok.

Contact was very quick at first. But after we arrived at the meeting Point it was very poor. We thought that our travel would be by bus and not with several cars, buses. So, we met our driver there, but it was not the person we were writing with, at the beginning he ignored us there and the after 5min we should go to his car and he was transferring us to another meeting point with a bus, after we drove with the bus, we met another driver who brought us finally to our destination. The key is, that all the communication was not there so we didn’t know if we would get to our destination or not.

The bus was comfortable, however, the driver drove like a maniac. I have never felt more scared and unsafe sitting in a car. The driver rushed, he often seemed unconcentrated and sometimes stretched in the middle of the highway with both hands off the stearingwheel. Please consider looking for an other driver.
