We booked the bus at 3:30 pm but we had to wait another hour before we left. The ladies at the desk didn't say anything at all. When we finally got the sign that the bus was ready, we got in a car which stopped in Da Nang. Then we had to change to another bus which was very dirty and smelly. After a ride of 2 hours, the bus stopped at a dark gas station. The driver only said: get out. So we went out of the bus and a smaller bus brought us to the centre.

I put 4 stars because the support service and the office staff was very helpful and kind. However be aware that you are not allowed to sit wherever you want in the bus... We were in the back for the first half of the travel. Some people left the bus before us, and we were happy to take their seats, so it was less awful when the bus was going on difficult bumpy roads than in the back. We were shouted at by the driver when we tried to change seats. At the next stop, a mother got in with her son and we were 4 people in the back for 3 seats, with the 2 unoccupied seats before us that we were not allowed to take. So he could definitely have let us move.

The driver was driving like crazy. We are used to the vietnamese driving but we almost crash with a truck because he was speeding. He stoped at his home or somewhere that looked like it to do something random with the streetlights. Also the bus had leakings and at the back seats we had water falling on our heads. The transfer at Da Nang was pretty smooth, but from Hoi An to there we went from a particular guy’s car. Everything pretty strange.

I guess it’s normal but the driver was on Facebook and looking at his Instagram stories for the first half of the trip, and the second half he just sprinted like crazy almost running over a bunch of motorbikes. Other than that it was okay
