All worked fine but a 30 minute stop in an unheated open café on a morning of drizzle was excessive.

Conflicting pick up point info in 12go website. Driver and host were friendly, the ride was not the most comfortable though. All in all decent.

The bus has to turn back as the guide said a passenger was left behind in Hoi An. However we were only delayed for about 25 minutes . Not too bad

Bus AC Seater, Hue Tourist (Hue Tourist), Jan 9, 2020
Pickup time and location was unclear (I suspect 12go Asia picks a random spot?) And the bus seats were a little small, but a comfortable ride overall and the driver and guide were very helpful and professional. I would suggest that you email or call ahead of time to confirm pickup time and location. Also very reasonably priced compared to a taxi to da Nang then separate bus or train!

The bus had 1hour delay, we had to call them twice to make sure that they will pick us up. Other than this, we had no problem. They dropped us off in front of our hotel.
