The bus was right on time! We made many stops on this trip which was nice so I could have cigarettes and get some snacks/food along the way. The bus driver did not speak english which was fine because the busboy on board did and was able to help us through the border crossing at Moc Bai/Bavet. The process was smooth and it was nice as I was the only one on the whole bus. Bathroom was very clean, probably because there was nobody on the bus to get it dirty. Definitely would recommend this bus company!

My backpack was put in the trunk but half of it was completely wet afterwards. My book in my bag was ruined and my earphones were completely wet too (thankfully they still work). When I asked why the floor of the trunk was wet and my bag has valuables in it, all they could do was shrug

Good inexpensive service from Saigon to Phnom Penh in bus, with one caveat. The staff will ask for 40$ to handle the procurement of tourist visas in Cambodia. There is no need to to do this, and you can get the visa yourself for 30$ at the border just as quickly and easily. It only takes a little over 5 mins, politely decline any 'express' service. Apart from this, the bus was comfortable and the staff polite. We arrived almost 2 hours later than scheduled, but the journey time was overly ambitious in the first place. Politely insisting on handling the visa myself was enough and I wasn't put under much pressure. It's dishonest to deliberately mislead people about the cost of the visa and the necessity of them handling it, but it can be easily avoided.

Our seats had a lot of leg room and came with charging ports. Our bus was very spacious and comfortable. I unfortunately don't know the name of the staff member who managed the journey for us but he was incredible and did his job amazingly. He was very friendly and communicated very clearly with us, and pretty much took care of everything when it came to sorting our visa on arrivals at the border. My partner and I are really annoyed we didn't get his name because he deserves a proper shout out!! All we can say is that he was working on the 9am-3pm Capitol VIP bus from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh on 20/07/25 and spoke pretty good english! Otherwise, great bus with no issues at all.

The driver/ guide was nice, the visa process was easy with their help. We got our E Visa in advance, but everything went smoothly. The bus was comfortable and came with a small water bottle. Unfortunately, we arrived in Phnom Penh 3+ hours later than expected with no proper explanation. Had we booked our transport out of the city right away, we’d be stranded. I would be more upfront with the customers when a 6hr trip takes 9+ hours so they can prepare themselves.
