Didn’t tell us anything about timing. Arrived 4 hours late. We had to pay extra because they made us late. They didn’t tell us anything and we spent majority of the trip on a cramped van instead of the sleeper bus. Once we got on the sleeper bus it was good.

Great service, picked up from my hostel and delivered to bus station in Hanoi. Very comfortable sleeper bus. Frequent stops for toilet and food. Border crossing was very well organised.
