Bianca SBus was freezing cold and there was no Need to! Furthermore there was puke on the curtain and my bed was broken so i had to sleep upright all time. There was huge traffic due to tet of course, but we were throwing off the bus twice with no communication how to proceed to Ninh Binh. Also there have been several breaks with no

Hannah OThe bus driver did not announce when we arrived in Tam coc. I accidentally woke up at 05 in the morning, checked maps and realized we had arrived. This was 1.5 hours before we were supposed to arrive. At least ten people got off at that stop, after I woke them up. I am pretty sure a Swedish girl was supposed to get off at that stop as well, but i didn’t now were she slept.

Marzena SThe curtains were extremely dirty, usb c not working, air con blew even the lid was closed. One if the drivers was very rude, 1st person like this meet in Vietnam. During the night they were waking us up as they draged the luggages from the baggage space to the corridors. It was also delayed. No water on the board was offer to us.

Felix HBus was 3hrs late in ninh binh- no restaurants or shops open when we get there- me hungry. Journey had hidden secret layover in Hanoi that was not mentioned in booking. Why so mysterious?

And we needed to be on pick up point almost 2 hours before departure - we didn’t like that

Caly DReally clean, comfortable cabins, the service was great and they had staff ensuring everyone was on board. I can’t rate this 5 stars because of the following: the driver was speeding aggressively on the windy roads which meant you are thrown in your cabin and I got car sick as well as other people. The second reason is despite everyone’s bookings stating what stop they are getting off, the driver knocked on every cabin for every stop all night. There’s nothing to state you are on a bus with multiple stops. So I didn’t sleep at all despite it being set up as a comfortable ride, as someone wakes you up every 30 minutes. The toilet door handle was also broken which meant you had to try and hold it shut whilst on a bus that is throwing you around, and also trying to pee at the same time.
