Mariana ESleeper bus was good until suddenly screaming to get out of the bus and waait, to then be transferring us to a van in hanoi, which was never cleared informed on the ticket!! and after another van again to nihn bihn. Such a tiring experience, would not recommend! Bus +v11 was not great experience overall
In all these transfers lost my favorite jumper which they didn’t respond at first, and after just said it was not there. And it could not have been anywhere else…

One of the worst transportation experiences I have ever had.
The bus departed 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure time, leaving passengers at risk of missing the service they had paid for. Less than 45 minutes into the trip, we were forced to change buses because of an apparent engine problem.
The replacement bus was in terrible condition. It was overcrowded, with people literally lying on the floor, and the staff treated passengers with complete disrespect.
At around 4:00 a.m., when we reached Nam Dinh, another employee woke us up and told us to follow him to Ninh Binh. None of the passengers understood what was happening. We were confused, and instead of explaining the situation, the staff shouted at us and continued treating us very poorly.
The final part of the journey was even worse. We were transferred into a van that didn’t even have proper seats—only folding beach-style chairs placed on the floor of the vehicle. There were no basic safety measures whatsoever. I have photos of both the original bus and the final van as proof.
To make matters even worse, we were dropped off at a completely different location from the one advertised. The itinerary we paid for was not followed.
This company showed no respect for its customers, no concern for passenger safety, and no professionalism throughout the entire trip. I genuinely question how this operator is allowed to continue providing transportation services.
Avoid this company if you value your safety, your time, and basic customer service.

Anna GWe booked a trip from SaPa to Tam Coc and had to switch vehicles 3 times which wasn‘t communicated beforehand. We had to wait in Hanoi at 4:30 am for 1 hour without anybody knowing when our travel will be continued. From Hanoi, we only had seats and not sleeper seats which we originally booked. Not a good experience for night travels.

Benjamin VWe booked a ride at 10:30, but they cancelled the ride at 10:30. So we we’re forced to take the one at 11:30.
Also bad communication….They promised a pick up from our hotel because it was with in 3km of the office. When I asked several times about it in the chat, they ignored the question and just firmly said we have to be at the office around 11:00.
Vehicle was very comfortable!

Mario FPickup was on time. Although there was so much traffic. The pick-up point was a bit confusing as the staff at reception doesn't want to deal with waiting passengers. Whatsapp communication is acceptably ok I guess. But the bus is super comfortable. Wifi is ok. Cabin space is good. I would book again gladly.
