Patricia CIt made me very anxious to have to wait for confirmation about the ticket instead of getting it right away. The bus was crowded and the seat/beds were small and narrow, but they fit me fine and the price was great.

Jeremias GThe Busses are really comfortable. You will have your own little cozy cabin and even though I’m 195cm i felt like I had plenty of space. They provided a bottle of water and we made 2 stops along the way. Could be a bit cleaner though.

Khallil BThe bus in themselves are pretty good and clean.
All the staff is professional however the main issue I have is that the arrival time was two hours later than indicated on 12go purchased ticket and I was under the impression my bus was a direct route to Ninh Binh but we had to stop 30mn in Hanoi to change buses. In any case, for a day trip there was absolutely no way the bus would have arrived at the destination at the promised time (even with direct route) so I feel they should be more honest and update a real arrival time (10 hours later than trip not 8)

Natasha IThe cabins were so nice! But the pickup point is incorrect it was down the road so we nearly missed it.
They over booked the bus so said we had to share (we didn’t have to in the end) we also arrived 2 and a half hours early and they didn’t drop us at the right location so we were put in a dangerous situation with the Taxi drivers.
The bus was good condition but we were put in a dangerous situation. The taxis drivers swarmed us where we were dropped & threatened to beat up our grab diver!
