Nguyen A**URGENT: Life-threatening driving - Booking
I am writing to formally complain about a life-threatening situation during my trip today with Duy Khang Limousine/G8
The driver was driving at speeds of up to **150 km/h** while simultaneously using his phone to browse **Facebook**. This is a severe violation of safety regulations and put my life in immediate danger.
I have documented this behavior (photos/videos). I expect an immediate response and a full refund for this journey, as the safety standards were not met. I will also report this to the authorities and travel platforms if no action is taken.

Tài xế đã chạy với tốc độ lên tới **150 km/h** và liên tục dùng điện thoại lướt **Facebook** khi đang lái xe. Đây là hành vi vi phạm an toàn giao thông nghiêm trọng, đe dọa trực tiếp đến tính mạng hành khách.
Tôi đã quay phim và chụp ảnh lại toàn bộ sự việc làm bằng chứng. Tôi yêu cầu công ty phải có biện pháp xử lý tài xế và hoàn lại tiền vé cho tôi. Tôi cũng sẽ gửi bằng chứng này cho các cơ quan chức năng và các nền tảng đặt vé nếu không nhận được phản hồi thỏa đáng.

Dorisz PNice personal in Sapa, the bus was comfortable and clean.
However, we left Sapa with 45 minutes delay and although the expected arrival time to Ninh Binh was 5pm, we started the trip at this time to Ninh Binh, and arrived there az 6.30pm.
Nice surprise, that we were dropped-off at the hotel instead of Ninh Binh Office.

Juliette KThe departure point on my ticket was incorrect, so I had to catch a grab to the correct location. Another passenger had the same issue. Luckily the bus was late so we both made it. The bus was comfortable enough.

Shachaf EWe booked lower cabin seats and received instant confirmation. Later the same day, HK Buslines told us those seats were no longer available and offered upper seats with only a partial refund, or to cancel and lose the 12Go booking fee. This is unacceptable and feels like a bait-and-switch. Very unprofessional — I would not trust this company again

Joelle RThe overall experience was good! The sleeper bus was comfy as well as the bus limousine. However, there were too many transfers, and instead of arriving at 3 PM, we arrived at 5:30 PM.

Patricia KIf I hadn’t gone and asked where exactly the bus would leave earlier in the day, I would not have known it was leaving half an hour earlier than originally scheduled.
And it arrived well over 2h earlier than scheduled, so what use is a schedule? It cut my night short by 2h and could have meant me schlepping my luggage around for an additional 2h.
There was only one stop during the night, where the recorded message said we had 3 minutes break, which turned out to be 30.

Klara LThey haven’t put us on the pickup list so we waited an hour and 45 minutes before i texted costumer service and they came back for us. Other than that a nice trip, spacious bus:)

Olivia bus itself was comfy and clean but the meeting place was a bit unorganised. some people that were waiting got told to get on a bus at 9pm instead of the 21:30 that we all booked. the drive took a lot less time then it said so we actually arrived at 4am instead which was an issue for us.
