Bus picked us up late. Dropped us off half an hour away from the correct bus stop, and an hour and a half late. Claimed it was because “buses can’t go on that road”, and insisted we get a taxi that was suspiciously waiting at the random point that we were forced off the bus. Left 10 people standing with luggage at the side of the road no where near the destination. Asian bus travel representative claimed this was due to unforeseen police road closures. I suppose it just so happened that the bus driver had coveniently left his car parked at the “random emergency drop off point”. Bus was also not the vip bus shown in photos. We also had all of our cash stolen while we slept. Do not travel with these scammers

Best bus I have catched in Vietnam by far. Clean pillow and blanket, and water bottle in each seat. Seat had massage mode. Amazing!

The bus ticket we got from the company had a 15 min deviating time from the 12GO time, we were asked to go to another pick up location. Additionally, we arrived 1 h later than planned as we waited a long time at different bus stations (Not due to traffic). Interestingly, people on the same bus had a ticket from another company which scheduled the arrival for 2 hours later than ours.

We arrived way to early - it was an overnight bus so Nobody Booked a Room for that Night but we arrived at 4am and not at 7am.. it wasn‘t a good experience to be somewhere at Night as a solo travelling girl

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the bus journey I recently took from Sapa to Ninh Binh, booked through your company. First of all, the pick-up station was extremely unclear. I had to rush and walk for 30 minutes to an abandoned hotel where I ended up waiting alone for another 20 minutes, with no other tourists or any clear indication that I was in the right place. The scheduled departure time was supposed to be 7:15 AM, but we did not leave until 7:40 AM. To make matters worse, despite booking through a different company, at a different price, with a different stated departure and arrival time, I ended up on the same bus as my friend — who paid half of what I paid for the same trip. Throughout the journey, we made multiple strange detours and stops that felt unprofessional and sketchy. Near the end of the trip, we were unexpectedly taken off the bus, handed our wet luggage, and transferred to a different van to continue to Ninh Binh. This experience was chaotic, confusing, and did not reflect the service quality promised when I booked my ticket. Given the extremely poor organization, unclear communication, unsafe-feeling travel conditions, and the fact that I paid double the price for the same experience as my friend, I am requesting a partial refund or appropriate compensation. I do not believe the service I received matches the price I was charged. I look forward to hearing from you promptly regarding this matter. Sincerely

I took an 11:45am - 8:45pm bus Sa Pa to Ninh Binh. The bus was very comfy, luxurious (blanket, AC, USB ports). We got dropped off in Hanoi, got a mini-bus transfer to a different location in Hanoi where we had to wait 30 minutes until the driver picked us up. From there, we got a mini-bus transfer to a different location where we got onto the mini-bus that took us to Ninh Binh. I wasn’t expecting so many transfers but it all worked out well and they knew what they were doing/ where they were taking us. Only reason this isn’t 5/5 is because I ended up arriving in Tam Coc Ninh Binh at 10pm and not closer to 8:45pm as estimated (but to be fair their arrival time is just an estimate so you need to be flexible yourself).
