Bradley CWas a nightmare. It was listed as 2 hours. It took 4.5 hrs. We stopped twice in Nusa penida. One of them stops we originally thought was to refuel but we also took more people on even though people were collected from Nusa penida 15 minutes before. We was stuck there for about an hour where we was breathing in the fuel fumes which resulted in everyone having headaches and becoming agitated. I wouldn’t use this service again.

Ingo MWe were very disappointed with this experience. The boat tour was suddenly canceled without any proactive communication from the company. We only found out because we contacted them harbor staff to ask for an update. After that, we were rebooked at very short notice, which already created unnecessary stress and uncertainty.
The original tour was supposed to be 2 hours, but the replacement trip ended up taking 4 hours instead. This significantly disrupted our plans for the day. On top of that, the boat was overcrowded, making the entire experience uncomfortable and far from enjoyable.
Overall, the organization and communication were poor, and the actual experience did not match what had originally been promised.
