The counter of Starfish in the harbour is difficult to find and the boat departures much later than is indicated on the ticket. The temperature on the boat is good and the seats are comfortable. Also, the boat takes longer to arrive then is estimated on the site but with a little help of Google, we already figured that out. So, keep in mind that you will arrive at least an hour later than stated on the ticket.

12go is the worst service I evere used. They sold inexisting tickets. When we arrived at the ferry operator's stand they told me it was sold out and to ask for the refund to 12go. I wrote 12go many times mail and at the link for the support and they even answer. THEY STEAL MONEY. I will report them

Good organization at the harbour. The ferry office is at the parking space. There you get the tickets and wait with the other passengers. All together you walk with the operator to the ferry. The ferry is relative new but there was no safety instructions and not enough life wests. In an emergency you would just die.
