Pia OThe bus was super nice but:
1) bus left at 10, not at 11 and we were told to be at the ticket shop at 09:45. we arrived at 09:35 and everyone was already waiting for us as the bus wanted to leave (and no one let us know)
2) even if we startet at 10, 1 hour prior to the scheduled time, we arrived 1,5h later than planned (7:30pm and scheduled was 6pm).
3) the first driver was very nice but the second driver was very rude, made noises at us when we asked for toilet.
4) the second driver smoked a bong right after we arrived while getting our luggage out of the bus. Like WTF
5) the drop off was not the one in the ticket

Charis TThe booking experience was fine but the journey was very unpleasant. The cabins had some issues (seatbelt wasn’t working which is really dangerous especially as there were some windy roads) and when we tried to inform the driver he was very rude to us. He shouted at us, was dismissive of the problems with the seatbelts and became quite aggressive at various points of the journey very unnecessarily, making us feel very uncomfortable on what would have been an otherwise smooth trip.
It took roughly 8 hours with multiple stops for toilet breaks which was good.

Caesar RI got a message saying the bus was leaving 50 minutes earlier than the ticket said so I had to replan my evening. 5 minutes before the new time, it was pushed back 40 minutes. Finally I left 15 minute after the original time.
The bus driver drove quite violently at some parts making it hard to sleep and the beds were a bit too short for me… but I got there on time at least

Pascal To be improved : to offer the possibility to choose the seat when we order. We had seat on the top and the back : we were shaked a lot , so difficult to sleep.

Helen LGetting the initial shuttle bus from Tam Coc Agency was a bit of a stress. We couldn't all fit on the first 2 vehicles so had to wait for another, just 4 minutes before the bus was due to leave.
At Hanoi we were suddenly woken up and told we had to change buses, so I quickly got up, packed up my stuff and got off, only to be told it was a mistake. I was to stay on the same bus! I was worrying that my luggage had been taken off.
When we arrived at Sa Pa, we were not at 3 Le Van Tam. We were somewhere else completely
I was then told that because I booked thru 12go, I couldn't get a shuttle bus to my hotel.

Libby FWe were asked to be at the bus stop 30 minutes before departure. At 9pm for a 9:30 departure. Thean from the bus was contacting me at 8:45 asking where I am and telling me to hurry up. I explained I was in the taxi and would be there around 9 so still long before the bus was due to deoart. He then told me he couldn't wait any longer and left without us telling us to go to the next station. I then had to ask my taxi driver to help with this and we had to pay him to take us to the next station despite it not even being 9 yet at this point.
We were very unhappy being screwed around and I ended up having to pay the taxi driver significantly more than originally due to him running around finding the bus.
After arriving at the bus stop I was asking a bus driver of that company I'lf this was the bus to Sapa and he told me to go stand eosewhere and dismissed me. I asked a passenger and found out this bus was going to Hoi an or something.. More people arrived for the sapa bus and started boarding the Hoi an bus that was there only for him to get angry at them but never answer about what was happening. Onr girl even started getting into someone from the boi and buses bed where there was so little communication. Once in the bus it was great but everything before was awful
