We booked 8 tickets and were given only 7 seats. After 2 hours of our journey did we get our 8th seat. The driver and the helper in the bus were continuously smoking in the bus.

I take a Trip from TAM Coc (Ninh binh) to Hoi An. The VIP 20 bus. First, we up the bus, and have people already sleeping in our seats. Once free, nobody change the blanket. So we need to sleep in a used blanket. The cabins doesn’t have Curtains in the hallway, so is dificult to sleep. But the worst, is the driver. He was going very fast, braking sharply and honking every 5 seconds. If you don't wear earplugs, it's practically impossible to sleep during the 13 hours that the trip lasts. When we arrived in Da Nang, we found out that we had to change buses, and no one had informed us about it. I'm giving a few more stars, since when I arrived I forgot an object on the bus and they kindly helped me recover it.

The driver was quite safe and friendly, even though they didn’t speak much English. One thing to keep in mind: pay attention to the meal and rest stops — each stop only lasts about 20 to 30 minutes at most. It’s just enough time to eat and take a break, as long as you’re quick and can understand what the driver is saying (or at least make a good guess lol).

We were told to meet 19:30, so we did, but the bus didn’t arrive until 21:00. We were not informed of this until we proactively asked the operator. Not good to waste the customer’s time. Furthermore, we had to change bus in Da Nang, which was fine by itself, but it was done in a poor manner; We in the back were not informed, and then when the driver/guide after a while came back to tell us, he was stressed ane said we had to hurry and change bus immediately. This was 7 am. If they had just informed us a bit before arriving in Da Nang the experience would be more pleasant.

Had a bad experience with this company and would not recommend it to others. We got a sleeper bus from Tam Coc to Hoi An. The only positive was that we arrived on time in Hoi An. Bad points: - Bus was 25 minutes late - Bus smelled absolutely terrible! - No pillows, no wifi - Driver accelerated and slammed on brakes so much it made me feel sick, and it was pretty much impossible to sleep because of this. - Excessive horn honking in the early hours of the morning. - My partner’s water bottles were already partially drunk when we arrived. - Staff were rude. - One staff member lay in the aisle and was watching football at 11pm at night on full volume - Had one stop during a 14 hour journey! One of the worst sleepers i’ve been on whilst in Vietnam, and it was pretty expensive. Definitely not a VIP experience and I would not recommend.
