Hannah ETo update the previous, premature review. We waited 3 hours for a bus that didn't come. Eventually the woman at the station offered to call the agency - if she hadn't we would have been stuck. The office number was incorrect but she managed to get a number. She said there'd been a miscommunication with us,.so the driver for "our" bus paid for us to get a taxi to a layby on the highway to meet them. (We think they forgot us and stuck us on any bus they could). We then arrived in Dan Nang and were told to get off with no explanation, another smaller bus then took us to Hoi An. (The latter driver smoked the whole way, drove very abruptly and honked the whole time). The sleeper bus itself was ok and had a toilet. Although the bedding/seat wasn't clean, I had fruit remnants from the last person on the bed. Which was stained and smelt a bit. But we managed to sleep and we at least made it without any extra costs.
There was zero contact beforehand nor anyway to contact the company. 12go also offered no support whatsoever.

Aimee RWe left on time but made so many stops for so long that the advertised 12 hour journey was closer to 13.5. We also had to get off the bus twice, the second time to swap to a second bus.

Tamara AThey changed my trip time and also the bus type and company. I ended up traveling with the company Queen in not a premium bus, where the bed didn’t lie flat (I booked one more expensive where it was supposed to recline completely). Anyway, it was completely uncomfortable, and to not mention that the bus was old and the seats dirty.
The bus also was carrying so many boxes that we had to carry our luggage with us on the bus, and subsequently the driver made soooo many stops during the trip to unload it, that the trip took 16 hours (Ninh binh to Hoi an - 10h on Google Maps, they already sell it as 13h, and still was longer than that).

Kai AWe had a smooth and comfortable journey. The bus was punctual and very modern. What impressed me most was the service. I had forgotten my pillow on the bus. A quick message was all it took, and the pillow was personally delivered to my hotel the next day. Thank you so much!

Larna LThe driver kept stopping to drop off parcels. We had a 2 hr wait and b Hue for some reason. My backpack got completely wet in the storage. Not happy at all

Paitin DNo toilet on board and the bus didn’t stop for a toilet break for 14 hours. The beds are fairly comfortable but you can’t sit up because the roof is too low even as a super short person. There was aircon and a comfy blanket - bring water & snacks as there was no stops

Karla AWe needed to use the toilet strongly and when we politely asked the driver he shouted NO and gave no explanations. We had to talk to customer service by whatsapp to get more explanations and to ask for a stop at a gas station. The driver was laughing and seemed to be joking about it, while more than 8 people on the train were having a hard time.
