Dheker AVery bad company we asked for one seat up one down and we got two upper seats the cabine was dirty and we both had air leaking from every where we asked the driver to lower the air conditionair temperature but he ignored us twice never travelling with them again.

Jess DThe websiye and booking says pickup from tam coc harbour, however the actual pick up spot was around 200m down the road. Had we not called the bus company, we would’ve missed the bus, so be careful to ask them for the pick up location

Kate Massively exceeded my expectations after hearing all the horror stories from sleeper buses in general.
The buses were so clean, high tech and the staff were amazing, so polite, checked we were all in our cabins every time before departing after a toilet break, and they stopped more times for us than I expected.
The bus was quiet, rarely any honking and I managed to get quite a bit of sleep which is very rare for me travelling usually.
After being so anxious to catch a sleeper bus I was so relieved to find such a great company to travel with. Even the operators from the main office checked to make sure we made it to our hotels ok, it was the sweetest thing!
Thank you so much, I’ll be travelling with you again!

Olivia one of the best sleeper bus companies, seemed very organised and the drop off time was pretty accurate which is unusually good for buses in vietnam. we had the 11:30 bus but had to get to the bus stop at 10:10 and then get a mini bus to another stop where we had to wait until 11:30 but overall pretty good. big beds, mostly clean. blankets probably werent clean but they never are haha

Berthold PWe have Book so early, we have Book the bus Because of the beds (so I could stretch my legs), we are 66 and 63 years old and wanted a certain level of comfort… when we boarded, only the last two seats at the back of the bus were free, I couldn't recline the seat flat, so it was very uncomfortable, and the departure was also 1.5 hours later than planned… so far the worst bus ride in Vietnam… unfortunately… I cannot recommend this bus company.

Nina AI recently traveled on one of your overnight buses in Vietnam, and I feel compelled to report a deeply disturbing experience.
While loading my luggage, I noticed several very young puppies confined in an extremely small plastic crate in the luggage compartment. The crate resembled a small fruit box and provided no space, no bedding, and no visible access to water. There were at least four puppies inside, clearly too young to be separated from their mother.
The journey lasted approximately 12 hours, during which time the puppies remained in that cramped container without being taken out even once. When a staff member noticed that I had seen the animals, they quickly shut the compartment door, which made the situation feel even more concerning and intentionally hidden.
This treatment of animals is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about animal welfare and the practices of your company. I strongly urge you to investigate this matter and ensure that no animals are transported under such inhumane conditions in the future.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and implement changes to prevent such incidents from happening again.

Oliver PBus and cabin itself was perfect. However I got a WhatsApp the night before changing the time and location of the pickup and a false alarm saying I had missed the bus an hour before it was due to leave. After this, I was spam texted by the provider trying to sell me tours and tailors of which I did not care for. Bus good; communication appalling.
