I got sold tickets to a bus that had no available seats left and I wasn't told in time. I was emailed hours after my scheduled trip. That fact that we didn't get stuck in Tam Coc and could make it back to Hanoi the same night was pure luck.

We were not dropped off at the specified location. When we called the provider they just told us to get off the bus. The driver drove another block then told us to get off. Maybe it was due to no traffic being allowed through the old town but we were not communicated this
