The bus ride itself was fine, it was on time, reasonably comfortable and I appreciated that they picked me up and dropped me off directly at my accommodation. However I accidentally left my wallet on the bus. I immediately contacted the company and told them that all my money and bank cards were inside and that I couldnt continue my travels without them. They initially replied once but after that completely stopped answering. It’s very disappointing and unprofessional that they didn’t even try to help or check if the wallet was found. The lack of communication and care was extremely frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you expect any assistance or responsibility in such situations.

A taxi came to pick us up in front of our hotel to take us to the bus, but arrived later than expected. But we arrived early at our destination, so it's okay. What's really unfortunate is that the driver wasn't very pleasant, not smiling or welcoming.
