The driver pushed somebody else's luggage into the trunk and apparently it didn't fit. So, he slammed the door 3 times as hard as he could to close the door. Unfortunately, I sat in the back seat and the driver didn't care when he made my seat getting in a very upright position by pushing while I'm in the seat. He drove like crazy and passed everyone who was in his way in a very risky way. The car was a bit dirty.

The only negative point is we had to ask the driver for taking the highway. If we didn’t ask, he would have stay on small roads which takes more time and is less comfortable.

This was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had in Vietnam. The van was modern, very clean, and had comfortable seats with plenty of legroom. I especially appreciated the USB charging ports and free Wi-Fi during the ride. The driver was professional and courteous, and the whole trip was on time and well-organized. The staff also communicated clearly and were very helpful when I had questions before departure. If you're looking for a reliable and comfortable transfer service, I highly recommend this company. I will definitely book with them again on my next visit!

Driver was on time but was texting and calling people on three separate phones the ENTIRE trip causing him to drive extremely slow. Even little scooters carrying all kinds of materials were passing us. He had one phone mounted directly on his steering wheel and he was just cycling between texting all his friends and have conversations the entire trip. We got to our destination safely but would've preferred a less distracted driver.
