The bus departed 20min late. The driver didn't want to drive us to the drop off location indicated on the ticket (214 Tran Quang Khai). Instead, they stopped earlier and asked us to pay additional fee to drive us to the hotel using his own car.

Very little communication, luggage everywhere, and then dropped us off at the wrong location and left. Had to get another 20 minute Grab to get back to the Old Quarter. Would not recommend.

After traveling by limousine bus about ten times in Vietnam, this was our worst experience: the driver drove extremely roughly, too fast, and even raced a large bus, honking like crazy for several minutes on the highway! He then dropped us off at a completely unexpected location in Hanoi where we were picked up by a taxi, along with another couple, to go to our accommodation... a truly bizarre practice that I've never seen before!

The whole issue was in Hanoi. There were no problems in Ninh Binh. First, on the way out of Hanoi, the driver was incredibly late, then he picked us up and transferred us to a minibus. After that, we were driven and transferred again. That's okay. On the way back, when we arrived in Hanoi, we weren't dropped off at the Opera House station as advertised. The manager who was there was rude to us and then abandoned us in an unknown location, even though he'd either put the other people on our trip in his car or called a taxi for them and waited for them. We ended up standing with him for half an hour and then called ourselves a taxi back for 80,000 dong.

Driver picked us up on time in the meeting point, loaded our bags and got us all on the bus and handed everyone a bag with snacks and water in which was very nice, vehicle was clean and comfortable

Good communication. Clean, limousine in very good condition. Driver a little surly but drove well. No water offered or pick up/drop off from hotel. I find the varying nature of what different limousine companies offer, quite confusing.
