Jason CDiffering, pick up points and unhelpful driver, spent a hot morning trying to find the bus, thankful it was our last use of the service before we leave Vietnam

Daniel KPaid extra to have the nice coach, which was really nice and comfortable. Only to be transferred to a packed taxi at the edges of Hanoi. Wouldn’t have minded if we were told before hand.

Prachuryya BWhile the actual limousine was good, the entire process of getting into it and off was a task. We were asked to come to a different location for pickup into what was actually a jam packed Toyota Innova acting as a shuttle to Duy Khang's office. It was an uncomfortable 20 min ride with barely any room to breath and the same happened in Hanoi, we were offloaded before reacing the city and asked to get into a smaller Hiace for the remaining 30 min journey to Old Quarter- we denied and got onto a Grab

Charline LReally understanding agency. I had one foot in the cast. They did everything they could to help me. The van was very comfortable with a seat massing. The transport went very well with a very helpful driver!

Jana GIn general it was a great ride and we arrived on time. Unfortunately, they told us a wrong pickup point. Luckily, the pick-up point seemed a bit strange to us and we contacted the provider again shortly before departure. He then said we should please go to the general bus station. In the end, everything worked out, but if we hadn't contacted them, we would still be there today ;)

Vivienne S2 Stars for bringing me to my destination. The rest was nerve-wracking. We were repeatedly urged via WhatsApp to leave 45-60 minutes before our booked departure. You probably tried to combine several bookings at different departure times. If I book at 8 p.m., I like to be there 15 minutes in advance and leave at 8 p.m. But I think it's cheeky to steal an hour from me at my holiday destination, even though I paid for 8 p.m. We were put under pressure until departure with the result that we left 45 minutes early and were traveling a total of 1 hour longer than stated. A direct connection was specified when booking. Instead, we had to change twice. It wasn't a nice experience.

Lukas R1. The Pick-Up Location was about 3km off the correct pick up. The location we got from the app and the voucher seemed weird (not at the big bus terminal but at the other end of town), so we had the apartment staff call the hotline to confirm it and turns out it was at the bus terminal after all.
2. The usual WhatsApp about 24h before the trip was omitted, so we had no other chance to confirm the pickup location.
3. 3h before the trip, we got a WhatsApp that due to the national holiday, the pickup was moved to the _other_ end of town (again, about 2km from the bus terminal, but in the other direction this time). The support over WhatsApp was not very helpful, it ended basically with "please come to the new location". Okay, that's probably nothing they can do much about.
4. The bus picked us up at the new location, that worked fine, but only for about 30 minutes, then we had to switch to another vehicle (which was much more comfortable than the first one (nice!) - communication about the switch was a bit... questionable... though, we basically had to guess that we were supposed to board the other bus. At this point, it was clear that there was no way it would keep the promise of 90 minutes from Tam Coc to Hanoi - we should've known that though, that's impossible even with a fast car, let alone with a bus.
5. 45 minutes late, we arrived in the outskirts of Hanoi, were the bus did a few very questionable maneuvers - leave the main road to some dirt road and back on the main road, without obvious reason, there was neither a drop off nor a pick up. Whatever, I'm sure there was some kind of reason for that.
6. In Hanoi, about 15min from our destination, we had to change a second time to a smaller bus again (same comfort level as the first of the three - not great, but we had seats 😅) - This switch was super chaotic, we were waiting in vehicle #2 for about 15 minutes while they were getting individuals off the bus one by one, moving them to other buses without a lot of info whether we would have to change as well or not. Eventually we did switch and arrive at the correct destination, about 75min late.
TL/DR: Lessions learned - I'm not mad about the fact that we had to switch (that was kinda sorta indicated on 12go, there were multiple means of transportation on the voucher: limousine-bus-limousine), but the really bad communication and the delay that had no apparent reason except from over promising was quite a downer. If there are other companies doing the same route, pick those.
