It was okay for the price. Most importantly, there was no communication about switching cars twice, so everybody was confused and solo travelers, especially females, were quite anxious about being taken to a random area and being told to get off the bus. The main Limousine could not hold all luggage in the back, so we all had it at our feet the entire time, which was unpleasant. Massage and recline features on the seats did not work. The bus was dirtier and had less space compared to the previous one I took using the same exact company. Next time I will probably take either a different bus company or use a public bus for a similar comfort experience for a cheaper price.

Had to wait an hour after agreed time for pick up. Minibus out of Hanoi was on its last legs it will clearly break down soon - got us to the coach though - that was fine. Then changed to another minibus to Trang An. No problems. Nobody friendly involved in the whole process from booking to arrival though.

The journey was only 2 hours but was split into 3 vehicles. We were taken in a mini van for about 20 minutes, transferred to a large bus for just over an hour and was then put into a car for half an hour. We wouldn’t have minded this if we had been informed from the start however, it was just a mess with no information provided.

I drove from Ninh Binh to Hanoi. The pickup is outside the normal tourism places in Nimh Binh you have to take a taxi there. The seating in the bus is extremely small. Also the dropoff is ca. 30min from the old quarter.

They didn't drop us off at the arrival point indicated in the reservation. They dropped us off further away, and when we got off, there were taxis waiting to take us to the hotel, even though we hadn't booked that.
