They picked us up 1 hour later because of tire flat. It can happen, be we had to find a way to call the hotline to know that they were going to be late and we didn't have any information about how many times we would have to wait until the pickup. Then once in south of Hanoï, we transferred from the van to a car where the luggage barely entered the car (they had to shut the door on the luggage). We were seated in 7 places car, with very bad confort.

Communication on pick up via WhatsApp was ok, but told to check-in when none available. We had 3 different vehicles for a 1.5-2hr trip with no communication on this (risk of losing luggage), so very confusing. Mini-bus comfortable enough, but one seat belt was broken and no way of adjusting seat inclination.

Had a flat tire but we fixed it and were back on the road, the driver was able to provide all the tools and the spare tire was good on air so I appreciate the company having all the necessary emergency equipment to get us to hanoi on time.

The shuttle driver arrived late and displayed aggressive and rude behavior—at one point even shutting the door on my friend. The driving through Ninh Binh was also aggressive, which made us feel unsafe. Additionally, we were dropped off at a different pick-up point for the bus than originally stated, and later at a different drop-off point. We were then placed into a small SUV that was not suitable for the number of passengers and their luggage, resulting in a very cramped and uncomfortable ride. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet expectations.
