The driver refused to stop for a break despite several passengers asking for. He just told "no" and waved us away. We had to wait several hours to go to the toilets. Also the reservation was made for a "limousine 11" but we were in a bus.

Using 3 different busses to get to our destination seems a lot for this relatively short trip. Also the employees are not that kind. The bus used for long trip was vet comfortable to end with a positive note.
