First bus was very comfortable and clean. We got about 30 min from our destination before we stopped and were told to wait in the bus station as we had to change buses. Then my name was called and I was taken into a car with 3 others, when I asked where we were going I was ignored. Ended up being dropped on the side of the road and needing to get a Grab to my destination. Overall I got where I was going but communication was severely lacking.

We got to Hanoi safely and only a little late so can't complain too much. The communication could have been better as it wasn't clear where the meeting point was and we were only reached out to by the company 20 minutes before initial planned departure. It took 3 buses to get us to our location and it wasn't always clear when to get out/not to but we did arrive safely. There wasn't enough room for everyone's bags in the back so if you had a smaller bag (40 L) as your main bag you had to have it with you at your seat which wasn't too bad because you could put them in the aisle but not ideal. Seats were comfy enough and the drivers all friendly!

The bus was at the Pick Up very early. The sets were very comfortable. We didn‘t know there would be a rest/break after just about 45 minutes.

At first i thought i got scam because the pick up car wasn't limousine(inside car alr have some peoples). But after 10min drive, they drop all of passengers at one point and change to limousine one. Recommend.
