The timing is not right. Not in a million years do they get on time in Hanoi. It includes changing busses in Ning binh city & again in the Hanoi outskirts, they also pick up people along the way. Drivers are rude and Don’t even listen if you ask something.

Nobody tells you that you have to change vehicles 2 times for an 2h journey. It would have cost us 8€ more for a grab from hotel tam coc to the hotel at hanoi. We we're 1h late and the organization was choatic. first we we're told to get off the bus, then we had to go back on it. The Old Quarter wasn't the correct drop off. You'll be dropped off near ther opera house.
