Unfortunately, our experience this time was disappointing. In the past, we booked with a different bus agency from Hà Giang to Ninh Bình and everything was perfect and exactly as described regarding the buses and services provided. This time, however, the experience was very different. First, the company advertised a direct bus from Ninh Bình to Đà Nẵng, but in the end we had to change a total of three buses to reach our destination. Second, I specifically booked a bus with a toilet, but upon arrival we were informed that the bus did not have one. On top of that, there was only one stop for passengers to use the toilet during the entire trip, while the bus made multiple additional stops just to deliver packages. Finally, the driver was driving extremely recklessly, as if he was racing, constantly using the horn and making it impossible for us to sleep during the journey. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience.

There were som small problems at the beginning but it’s part of the Vietnamese sleeper bus experience. The bus was very comfortable, modern and clean. The bus was fast, we stopped once. Overall really good service for the price.

The bus drivers were very rude and only stopped once for toilet break. The bus driver was stopping and getting out himself to go to the toilet but locked all passengers in the bus and refused to let anyone off when we begged to use the toilet. The bus also smelled really bad.

My experience with this bus company was very poor. The staff member managing the bookings was extremely rude and did not speak any English, communicating only by shouting and rushing passengers. This made the whole boarding process stressful and disorganized. There was not enough space for luggage, and another staff member handled my backpack roughly, squeezing and pushing it without any care. The seating was very cramped and uncomfortable, especially for such a long journey. The trip lasted around 11 hours, yet there was only one stop, which is far from adequate for such a long ride. Overall, the service felt chaotic, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.
