The bus journey was very bumpy and beds make a lot of noise. Toilet on the bus smelt a lot so if you sit at the back it’s not nice.

Overall, it was good. The cabins were clean on the surface and there were no problems with our luggage (2 big suitcases). The driver was nice and drove reasonably. No honking, but sometimes he drove really fast. We had 1 stop after only 30mins of driving and then no other stop until 6am. But we could sleep well in the bus. However, in one of our cabins the bed was broken so you couldn’t change the position of the backrest. The bus was also 1 hour late and the Wifi did NOT work but that seems to be normal here. Also, there were random people sleeping on the floor for a few hours in the middle of the night. They were gone by the morning. Then, after our morning stop, we were asked to move to one cabin together for the remaining 2 hours of the ride. The other cabin was then occupied by 3 new passengers. But overall, it was a surprisingly good way of transportation.

The train left 20 minutes earlier so we just made it. The times on the internet and in the confirmation email are different than the one in the pdf. Just double check it! The beds were comfy, we slept well, got some food as well. Only the toilets were not very clean. The train couldnt go to da nang but the transport with the buses were organized and fast!

Disappointing. After we made the booking, we were asked to pay an extra 100k/person due to a fuel price increase. The bus arrived late, and we did not receive the water that had been promised. The WiFi was very poor. The bus itself was old, and the drivers were unpolite and rushing us throughout the trip. Overall, the service was unprofessional and far below our expectations.

One of the cabin we booked was smaller in the end of bus, so it was not very comfy for 170cm tall person. Drive was shorter by 3h which we didn’t mind but the drivers just wake you up and rush you out of the bus so they can continue and finish the trip. We where in some random bus stop (either way we would take taxi from other bus stop) but just to organize ourselves better for future, we will not count with drop off point for 100%

Started by postponing the departure 1.5 hours. Then it was 1 hour delayed. The busride it self was nice. Beds were comfortable. They troede to drop us off elsewhere that we were told from the agent of contact person, and almost didn’t believe us. Their English was limited to: stop, okay, let’s go.
