There were som small problems at the beginning but it’s part of the Vietnamese sleeper bus experience. The bus was very comfortable, modern and clean. The bus was fast, we stopped once. Overall really good service for the price.

For almost 1,000,000 Dong (314€), the train ride was a terrible experience. The ride itself was okay, but the cabin was so dirty that it was uncomfortable to be in for over 12 hours. For the amount of money we paid for the expensive VIP Cabin, I expected at least a clean cabin. However, the floor and walls were so dirty, and the air conditioner was damaged so that some of the vents couldn't be turned off. There were also black parts that looked like mold. Because of this, we had an overall bad experience, especially considering how expensive the ride was.

The bus drivers were very rude and only stopped once for toilet break. The bus driver was stopping and getting out himself to go to the toilet but locked all passengers in the bus and refused to let anyone off when we begged to use the toilet. The bus also smelled really bad.
