From the very beginning of the trip, they wouldn't let me put my large backpack underneath. They made me put it in the internal aisle, throwing it there like a sack of potatoes, and even trampled on it. They woke me up several times during the night because they picked up other people who didn't have seats, but remained seated in the aisle for the entire trip, a clear example of overbooking. Everyone was packed in like animals. There was no room to move in the aisle to go to the bathroom because it was full of suitcases or people. A 13-hour trip in these conditions, like caged animals, a disastrous experience. I will never travel with this airline again, highly discouraged.

The VIP room was excellent! The beds were comfortable, the blanket was warm, the AC worked great, the bathrooms were clean the entire trip (Ninh Binh to Da Nang), the train was on time, the directions from the train station staff were clear and easy to follow, the snacks were sufficient (we really didn't expect anything), I was able to get a coffee in the dining car and the food sold onboard was good.

The blanket was to small and there was no pillow. Furthermore, there was a constant “piep” coming from the drivers cabin. Everything else was good.

Great service. We were picked up from our hotel in Tam Coc, a friendly lady directed us to our beds, 2 minutes later we were gone 😀. The bus was very nice, private and brand new. You get 2 pillows, a little blanket and a small bottle of water. If you're over 180m its a bit too small but still very comfortable. We arrived on time in Da Nang (as thats what I booked) and for a small extra fee they dropped us at our hotel in Hoi An. Very much appreciated. Its a bit bumpy when you're not on the motorway, but overall super comfortable for a sleeper bus.

It was overall a good journey, Clean cabin and toilets and felt like a safe journey (main reasons we chose the train over bus) but bear in mind the cabins are tiny for 4 with bags and it's a bit of a challenge to get to the top beds especially in dark.. Also, it is loud and does shake *a lot* which wasn't a problem during the trip but we both felt sick afterwards.

Vehicle left a little late but not much later than expected. The ride was good for the most part. Some people got two pillows, some got one. The TVs did not work, just stuck on a YouTube channel controlled by the operator. They blared music to wake people up at every stop, even if it wasn't your stop. The driver dropped us off at an incorrect location over 1km away from the planned destination in front of an active construction zone. I would probably book something else in the future.
