I have expected a VIP Sleeper Bus with only 2 rows, however, what VIP Sleeper bus actually is - 3-row bus, with seats even narrower than in a normal buses, stinky of old socks and pretty loud (if Vietnamese are traveling). I felt like chicken in the rack on the bag of the truck...

The pick up was stated as being our hotel however this was changed to a location 6 kms away 2 hours before. It took several messages to be picked up within walking distance from our hotel. The driver was very rude and was yelling at 5 of us in his language to get off the bus which we didn't understand. We finally worked out he wanted us in specific seats. Electric function on seats not working - height adjustment, massage, phone charging The drive was very fast and quite dangerous in parts so we were very happy to arrive.
