Mr. Cao who was our driver was one of the most pleasant and amazing personalities. He took very good care of us and translated everything in Hindi for us, even played bollywood hindi songs on the way. We saw many beautiful waterfalls on the way and he kindly agreed to make a stop at one of them and even suggested beautiful pose to us! We even stopped at a place to pluck local fruits and ate them. He made conversations on the way and overall I would highly recommend doing a trip with him!

I have decided I don't like sleeper buses...in fact I didn't realise I'd booked one for a day trip. Operator couldn't find my ticket because the PDF didn't have the correct info on it...had to try and search my emails to get on the bus. Staff generally not helpful on these bus lines.

The driver was erratic around the hills but a good driver. Arm rests are not comfortable, too hard, and the seats don’t sit up. They remain in reclined position.

We took Nha Trang -> DaLat route. Driver was really helpful but as always there was a language barrier. There was 1 stop for WC and some food, we didnt know for how long we will stay there, driver said nothing. Road to DaLat is quite bumpy but driver managed it very well. We got exact GPS to pickup location, but were picked up 45 minutes earlier than scheduled (we were informed about that through whatsap)

The first hour of the trip went well — the driver was on time and the ride was smooth. However, after that, the experience became concerning. The driver was frequently busy with his phone: speaking with people, looking at photos, and sending audio messages. He was clearly distracted and not paying enough attention to the road, which made me feel unsafe. This kind of behavior is not acceptable when responsible for passengers’ safety
