Irene The driver was punctual but he was honking non-stop at other drivers and motorists along the way. It would be better if he honked less. He was also talking very loudly on the phone throughout the journey. I was notified only 2 hours before the fetching time of the driver's name and vehicle number.

Astrid We had to pay an extra 600 d for both trips to Da Lat and back; for that money we could have taken a private taxi. Besides, the drivers weren't exactly friendly.

Ruth Good pick up point, though it was changed at the last minute. Driver was brusque to the point of being extremely rude to all the passengers. The van was uncomfortable. Reclining your seat meant crushing the legs of the person behind. On the back seats it was not possible to see out, and it was incredibly bumpy. People on the back seat felt sick and literally were being bounced out of their seat. We were dropped off a little out of town, not near anywhere to easily shelter from the heavy rain and call cabs in the dry.
So yes we got here, but it was a bit dismal!

Ruby DThe A/C was so weak and the roads have many twist so take tablets before if you get motion sickness. Seats are comfy tho and the stop was so pretty by a river!

Olivia It wasn’t the service we paid for. We chose the more expensive transportation option which was titled “city hotel transfer” to make it easier in the morning. However on the morning while we were eating breakfast we were told we had to walk to a random café 45 mins earlier than our hotel pick up was supposed to be. They originally said that big vehicles weren’t allowed to access the road that our hotel was on despite the fact that we had seen buses drive down there regularly during our stay. Then I said no problem and that we would walk to the next street, however they sent a link with a location a 10 min walk away. If I wanted to walk 10 mins with a 20kg backpack on in the heat I would have bought the cheaper ticket with a different operator that didn’t brand itself as a “city hotel transfer”.

Jigyasu GMr. Cao who was our driver was one of the most pleasant and amazing personalities. He took very good care of us and translated everything in Hindi for us, even played bollywood hindi songs on the way. We saw many beautiful waterfalls on the way and he kindly agreed to make a stop at one of them and even suggested beautiful pose to us! We even stopped at a place to pluck local fruits and ate them. He made conversations on the way and overall I would highly recommend doing a trip with him!
