My service was cancelled without explanation and I was shifted to an earlier bus with a lower standard configuration, with only a small refund offered. When I queried the change with 12GO I received an unsatisfactory response.

The bus itself was comfy and clean, but it was 1.5 hours late to the bus station. The drivers also proceeded to talk/shout so loudly during the journey which made it impossible to sleep for the first few hours which was frustrating.

The bus is comfortable, yes, but the curtain doesn't go all the way to the end. The central aisle of the bus was lit up all night ! The driver didn't stop; he drove for nine hours straight. That's dangerous! And we arrived an hour and fifteen minutes early...

Great experience overall. Somehow we arrived 50 minutes later. It was rainining at some point, so maybe this was the reason for the delay. This has been communicated to us as a possibility and luckily it has not affected our plans. I would use it again

Overall great except we arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes early 05.30 in the morning. This may sound great but nothing is open (except 1 café) and we spent hours in the heat waiting to get access to our hotel.
