It was the worst experience of our lives. First of all 12go booked us in the wrong train because it was cheaper. Instead of the 20.35 we were booked for the 19.01, which was the most disgusting, unsafe and worse overnight experience of our lives. The train was smelly, the beds were dirty, someone had already slept on it and was not made, the floor was disgusting, the smell was from another world and the noises were very loud. Please stay away.

Everything was great a part from timing. We had booked 7pm to arrive at 6am. We arrived at bus at 6pm to get dinner before hand. Suddenly they say the bus is leaving at 6:20pm. Our tickets definitely said 7pm. We then arrive at 4am in Ninh Binh. Not ideal, esp with two small children.

Must-have experience. Clean and tidy cabin with 4 beds. Beds are very small and comfort is limited to the movement of the train and the noise it carries. Besides that, the stuff tries to charge you for anything. Breakfast and coffee is included (everything you find on the table is for free).

The operators are very helpful to get you on the train, give your a breakfast box and drinks and let you know when to step off as well. The beds are pretty good too. Sleeping is a little rough due to the train not the bed itself.

The communication was very rough, everything seemed rushed and the driver was reckless. I couldn‘t sleep because I was scared as the driver was speeding so much. In between we stopped for an hour without any explanation. I arrived 2,5 hours earlier being dropped-Off at 4am. I didn‘t even have the time to put on my shoes before the bus took Off again.

We booked the bus of 8pm but got the message it was fully booked and they gave us another option earlier. Fast communication via Whatsapp. We had a pick-up a little outside de center. The transfer bus was on time but almost no communication. Bus was comfortable and clean. Good and large flat beds. We think the drivers switched and one drove a lot better than the other. We made a lot of stops on the way but still arrived on time. They woke us a couple of minutes before our stop and had to hurry, but it is nice they wake you.

Our time did move an hour early. However, we were upgraded. The bus seats were huge and comfy, got a good night's sleep. There was an office to go to and wait before we he bus arrived. They communicated well with you l, telling you when you he bus to was going to arrive. When it arrived and even helped me carry my bags to the bus. They ensured to tell you when your stop was. I would use it them again.
