The bus was one hour early so we arrives at 4 am, no places were attribuate, the drrver want to give us a very small cabine, at the end on the bus. He has let us on the road. He drive fast, i am afraid.

Plenty of space on bus as per advertised photos, worth paying a bit more for these VIP buses with about 20 beds, 2 rows x 2 in height. Bus driver arrived about 1hr late, but we arrived in Ninh Binh within 30 minutes of planned stop.

Everything was ok. It was not too cold, the drivers didn't blast loud music. They honked when needed and only the minimum. The only negative thing was a beeping noise that came sometimes for whatever reason.

Booked first class beds, but was (seemingly) put in another class, shared with people who were telephoning all night, trying to touch me and when i wanted to stand in the hallway, the train managers were screaming to get me back in the coupe. Not the best experience ever you can say:-)

Excellent bus and good communication by the operator. The bus is really fancy, has charging, water bottles and very comfortable reclining bed. The bus was also on time and reached my destination (Ninh Binh) well in advance of the planned time.

The first part of the journey was ok, with plenty of rest stops to go to the bathrooom. However after Phong Na we only stopped once when the bus had to swap tyres. The driver also randomly stopped multiple times, sometimes to go to the bathroom but only the men could go, no women couldn't because it was on the side of the road. Additionally the staff member (not the driver) was smoking marijuana at each stop. The bus itself was clean but the wifi was not working.

Everything was great a part from timing. We had booked 7pm to arrive at 6am. We arrived at bus at 6pm to get dinner before hand. Suddenly they say the bus is leaving at 6:20pm. Our tickets definitely said 7pm. We then arrive at 4am in Ninh Binh. Not ideal, esp with two small children.
