Booked a limousine bus with photos of sit up seats which was also confirmed on our ticket. We paid extra for this compared to other options available such as a sleeper bus. When the bus turned up it was a sleeper bus and I was told only the 8:30am option had the upright seats. This was annoying as we would have picked a different option at a better time and price if we had known, we only picked this options because of the type of vehicle which was in the end not what we got. We also had to be there 30mins before as bus could turn up early or late, so could have been waiting for a hour for the bus and they couldn’t give a more accurate time of departure. It came on time and the ride was fine. We did however arrive an hour later than expected despite leaving on time, the driver just stopped for 30mins on the side of the road with no explanation. So trip was 4 hours, plus we had to be there 30mins early. So a three hour drive took 4.5 hours. I gave two stars as the bus was fine, just not what we booked.

It was great. Just arrived. The only problem was a sound of an airtag sounding non stop the last 45 min. I think it was of the driver or the guy that was with him. Really unconfortable listen to that bip-bip all the time. The bus was great and the seats too.

Bus stopped in Da Nang, we had to change to a private car which had no airconditioning for a 45 minute drive from da nang to hoi an. The car also had a verry big spider in side…never again.

This was our second time to use Mango Travel. Luu the manager confirmed our booking within an hour of booking and offered to make some additional stops along our route from Hue to Hoi An. Our driver was the same driver we had from Tam Coc to Hue. The service was 5-star service both trips. Huynh Anh Quoc was friendly and a safe driver. The car was spotless, roomy, and comfortable. From Hue to Hoi An, we made stops at Lap An Lagoon, Lang Co Beach, and Hai Van Pass for pictures. The service from booking on 12Go to hotel drop-off was smooth and seamless. Open communication from booking confirmation to providing the info for the driver (car, license plate, etc.), the driver contacting us just before his arrival, and door-to-door service was fantastic. Highly recommend the services provided by Mango Travel.
