Hue to Hoi An Destination Reviews

PD
The driver stop the bus near the arrival and close it with all passengers inside to go to drink around 20 mins. And no bottle of water was offer as it was said.

Very bad experience. They forced me to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time. There were 7 of us in a car meant for 6 people (two seats were in the trunk), so there was no space for our luggage, which we had to keep on and between us. The first driver suddenly dropped us off and made us get into another car without any prior notice, making us wait. The second driver stopped once to eat and then again to buy a juice, which he later delivered to a specific address, making a detour. There was absolutely no traffic, but because of all this the journey lasted 4 and a half hours and was extremely uncomfortable.

The trip ended very badly. At 6 pm, 30 minutes late to our scheduled arrival time at the station and with only 5 minutes left to reach our destination, the driver decided to stop in the middle of the street, got off the bus, locked us all inside, and went to have dinner and drinks without warning. After we had been locked inside for more than 10 minutes, the passengers started to get nervous, so most of us got off the bus, grabbed our suitcases, and called taxis to get to our destination. When the driver returned, he laughed at us and left. A disgrace.

My cabin was dirty and full of trash, there was no water, and the driver took a 30-minute food break 7 minutes before the destination.

The only negative part of the experience was at the pick- up point. The bus was late and I wasn’t sure if that was the bus I was supposed to take to Hoi An. Very little communication between waiting passengers and the depot staff; but the lady working at the pick-up area indicated to me that the arriving bus was the one I should get on. The gentleman waiting with me kept on phoning the company office as his bus was very late. Better communication between passengers and bus staff would improve your operations .

7-seat vehicle that was overcrowded with too many passengers and luggage. There was clearly not enough space or proper seating for everyone. The driver was speeding and driving aggressively, making the trip stressful and unsafe. This service was not what was advertised when booking. Completely unacceptable.

I would like to give 5 stars but the drop off point was not as specified on the ticket. This was not a problem for us or any inconvenience at all but to get all the stars, you have to do exactly what you say you are going to do. Anyway, good trip, good driver, good van!

Communication was excellent. They informed us of the 10min earlier schedule over an hour before leaving and also asked for feedback. I had pictures of the bus and where to pick up. Very clear and comfortable.
