I took several bus companies during my trip to Vietnam, and this one was by far the worst experience.
It all started badly:
The bus was 1 hour and 10 minutes late, and there was no update. We finally received a WhatsApp message after the first 45 minutes of delay...
When I approached a bus of that brand, I was yelled at in the street because I had inadvertently approached a bus that wasn't mine (not my destination).
After (FINALLY) getting on the right bus:
A violent driver on the road (sudden and dangerous stops)
A terrible assistant who gave us the smallest seats possible, those at the back of the bus near the engine – being claustrophobic, this was the worst possible option. The seats were full of belongings, dirty, with open cakes and clothes still inside. We were yelled at when we politely asked to be seated in more spacious, available seats (normal seats, not in the engine compartment).
There's no Wi-Fi on board, unlike the competition (G8, HK Buslines).
In short, absolutely avoid this busline if you want to keep good memories of Vietnam.

Guy WWe were sent a WhatsApp an hour before asking us to be at the pick up point in Hue at 11:30am. We were picked up at 11:50 which is fine. But then the driver spent nearly the entire journey to Danang looking at his phone, it felt so unsafe. He then took the people sitting at the front with him (and therefore us) on a detour to see a beach and lagoon on the way which was odd. We were then swapped to a second run down car towards Hoi An, but after 15 minutes the driver turned around back to Danang and wouldn't tell us what was happening when we asked. He picked up 2 people after driving around Danang for a while, and we ended up arriving in Hoi An quite a bit later than estimated. An unnecessarily stressful experience all round.

Paul 2 time changes, we left one hour late. My wife and i sat up front with the driver. Not at all as the picture shows. We also made a stop at Danang airport which was not in the itinerary. Changed vehicles halfway in Danang and we were 4 plus driver in a small car. Driver then wanted 40000 more per couple to take us to our hotel. We thought with all the lateness and changes he could drop us off for no fee. He refused. We took a Grab from dropoff point.

Korbinian We started an hour later than scheduled, but at least the driver informed as 1h in advance about a delay.
Drive was fine, but we had to change into a car for the last part from Danang to Hoi An, which was a bit weird. Overall, we arrived 1h 15min late.

Grace GCheck in was easy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The bus was super comfortable and we left right on time.
Only downside was that the bus was pretty empty, but we were told to sit right at the front. That meant dealing with all the honking and the driving felt a bit wild up there (heavy breaking, overtaking and speeding).
Not really sure why we couldn’t just sit wherever we wanted, especially since we didn’t pay for assigned seating.

Carmen Bus was delayed 30 minutes due to traffic. Other than that, the journey was fine. Free water and a blanket provided.

Sigrid LEven if we left Hue on time we arrived at Hoi An with 1h30 late. The car was to small for the 6 passengers and the luggages. It was very inconfortable. I would not recommand it.
