The driver was using his phone while driving for most of the trip and didn’t stop even though we asked. He also got very cross when we needed the toilet after nearly 3 hours of driving. We were then told to get out and into a taxi with no explanation why. The worst journey we’ve had in Vietnam

The pickup went smoothly. However, the driver braked harshly a lot and the drive wasn’t very comfortable. The total duration of the drive wasn’t 3h - as estimated - but rather 4,5h. This was partly due to the traffic but also because we stopped in Da Nang several times to either pick up or drop off passengers. This was pretty annoying because we thought we were going straight to Hoi An. Also my seat was broken so I couldn’t lean back at all.

The van was an hour late. I was seated in the back and it was very uncomfortable, the cushion squeaked and there was luggage pressing against the headrest so I couldn’t even sit up straight. The driver drove dangerously at times.
