Hue to Hoi An Destination Reviews

MO
Max O
We left on time and the bus was comfortable. It started to bother me when half way through the journey the operator asked for a 5 stars review. Well, how can I know if it’s a good service if it hasn’t been delivered yet? We were then asked to alight the bus, bus was still far from the address they’ve given us upon booking. We specifically booked this bus and operator because it would drop us closer to our accommodation. When we challenged the bus driver, he put me on his phone with someone who asked me to hand the phone back to the driver. We asked other people working at the agency about the address we were supposed to go to as they scrambled around, the driver tells one of the agents that we said we didn’t want to go to that address, which is a lie. Nobody ever asked us which stop in Hoi An we wanted to go to, we were always assuming there’s only one stop. It really bothered me they asking for a review before we arrived at our destination and then the driver lying that we said we didn’t want to go to the address we booked in the first place. If booking this company via 12Go, I’d ask before boarding the exact address for your stop. (After much arguing they did drop us at the correct location)

The staff at Open8 were very helpful, even when we faced a bit of an issue, they helped us quickly and efficiently. The ride was smooth, with a bathroom break and the bus was extremely comfortable and clean. We were very satisfied with the ride!

Thanks for picking us at the hotel against the meeting point. Driver had 30 minutes late, drove very fast to catching up the late and then we change for another driver which made one stop to bring another person who didn’t come. Finally 2 hours late than expected.

The Ride was smooth and the organisation was easy. Mr. Quoc(bus owner) wrote me by WhatsApp and give me useful information. At the ride for a short period the music was really loud, after telling Mr. Quoc he changed it directly with connect to the driver. Unfortunately sometimes it feels for me cold on the bus because of the strong Air-Condition, but other people sit in Tanktop - so it’s a personal feeling. At over all the drive was really good
