We booked a VIP Van for four people - in the pictures on 12Go were shown four spacious and comfortable chairs. We had a three hour ride from Hue til Hoi An. As we arrived to the van the four seats were already occupied and our boys were asked to squeeze in at some extra seats at the back while my husbond and I were stuffed in at the front seats together with the driver. This was not what we booked and not what we paid for. Furthermore the van only drove us til Da Nang and we had to change to a taxi for the last part of the trip. I will strongly recommend not to use HAV Travel. All other trips via 12Go have been good.

Everthing was perfect. Confortable seats, one stop to the toilet, Air conditioner...very good. The only negative thung is when we arrived to Hoi An we we,re waiting for our free Transfer to the hotel and never came. Finally we had to take a grab.
