We started an hour later than scheduled, but at least the driver informed as 1h in advance about a delay. Drive was fine, but we had to change into a car for the last part from Danang to Hoi An, which was a bit weird. Overall, we arrived 1h 15min late.

Check in was easy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The bus was super comfortable and we left right on time. Only downside was that the bus was pretty empty, but we were told to sit right at the front. That meant dealing with all the honking and the driving felt a bit wild up there (heavy breaking, overtaking and speeding). Not really sure why we couldn’t just sit wherever we wanted, especially since we didn’t pay for assigned seating.

Even if we left Hue on time we arrived at Hoi An with 1h30 late. The car was to small for the 6 passengers and the luggages. It was very inconfortable. I would not recommand it.

The journey was supposed to take 2½ hours, but it took 3½ hours; the driver took detours to pick up or drop off passengers. My seatbelt was just for show; the driver was driving with his phone in his hand, checking Google Maps or answering calls.

The bus ride was seamless and hassle-free. I got contacted by the owner of the bus company who recommended me his mom's tailorshop in hoi an and got a discount. I went to Ba Ri Tailor and had 4 suits and a AO DAI made, the best service and result for a really good price. In the end I was even gifted a personal car ride from hoi an to da nang for free. It has been the best bus experience I had so far.
