Hue to Hoi An Destination Reviews

PM
Departure scheduled/planned for 11:30 a.m. Driver/vehicle arrived at 11:55 a.m. At 11:17 a.m., the driver was already asking via WhatsApp (+84 96 107 50 75) for ‘a good review on the 12GO APP’ ... Upon arrival, after a 3-hour drive, they were unable, or unwilling, to drive an extra 1.5 km to drop us off at a specific location...

Wouldn't recommend this service. They were an hour late and delayed further as they told one of the passengers the wrong time. Random stops for no clear reason and no communication. Arrived 2 hours later then planned.

Everybody was supposed to be dropped off at their hotels. To the surprise if all, the driver stopped in the town and told everyone to get off. The bags were swiftly (polite) taken out of the minibus and he drove away leaving everybody stranded.

In general really great. Just one transfer did not work out so well as operator missed our names on the passenger list. So we had to wait 2 more hours for the next transfer. These things can happen. It was not too bad as we were not on time pressure.

The journey itself was fine. We booked the night before and received immediate confirmation. The next morning, I received a message on WhatsApp saying that the journey was fully booked and that we should depart an hour earlier.

Bus was clean and comfortable. However, the bus was late and didn’t stop for restrooms, as it was planned. Also, they dropped us in another location than where they were supposed to, so we had to take a Grab to get to our homestay. OK experience overall.

The bus was overbooked, with people sitting in the corridors, also with parcels in the middle, it wasn't easy to move inside the bus. I had to be in a shared cabin with other people and was separated from my partner, we were not expecting this service. Otherwise it was on time and the driver was nice.
