Bus was late arriving and then the miserable bus driver went to have his dinner, 1.5hrs later we were on the road in a smelly cabin with litter that had not been cleaned. Not sure the driver passed much of his test (apart from using his horn and undertaking whenever possible). We made it to our destination in one piece- thankfully my time on this earth will continue for a little longer.

We had a 12 hours bus drive and after 6 hours of not even stopping for a 5 min break,I kindly asked the driver to please stop soon since I really needed to go to the bathroom but he ignored it.After 15 mins I asked him and almost bagged him but he was still very annoyed and unfriendly.Then I asked again and after 7 hours without a single break he stopped at the highway for 1 min so me and some other passengers were able to finally pee! Never again with this bus company! One hour after that he stopped for a 10 mins break which was the only one in 12 hours!

It was a great experience. Bus is clean, the flat lie down seats were comfy. We even arrived 2 hours earlier than expected

Staff were so kind with costumers and they also provide us water. Beds were confortable but I would like to say that safety belt didn't adapt to my body. Actually, it was all the time out of the place. Thankfully, nothing happened so I think it's ok.

The bus was dirty with the pillow and blanket both not being washed still covered in food and hair. The bus driver chain smoked the entire time inside the bus making the bus smell of smoke. However they got us here on time and with no fuss
