No pillows made the cabin less comfortable. Driver missed a pickup and went back which took 55 mins. Driver drove very fast, braked hard and pressed histhe horn A LOT (THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A SLEEPER BUS). I counted 53 horn operations between 22:00 and 23:00. I felt VERY unsafe! And even though bus went back to pick up forgotten passenger (effectively starting the journey at 19:55), we arrived almost 2h early at our destination. Had the driver slowed down we could have easily arrived on time and had a more pleasant journey.

Hectic and rushed driving, cold AC blasting. Couldn't sleep in the 'sleeper' bus due to all this. Arrived very early at 6 am instead of 8 and got kicked out when it was dark and cold with nowhere to go.

The experience itself is good, not because of the service the company provides, but because of the experience itself. The bus wasn't the one pictured, and the guy who seated you and acted as your host was an asshole.

Even though the bed is more comfortable than on other buses, it's impossible to sleep good because the driver frantically honks his horn EVERY MINUTE. I'm not exaggerating. Plus, they shout and turn on the lights at 2 am.. 3 am.. they don’t care if everyone is sleeping. Also no wifi inside the bus.

I got a place on the wheel where the height to the ceiling was very small, the blanket was smelly and the USB c charging plug did not work.

We had booked the "limousine prestige" service, expecting a higher standard of comfort and care. The bus departed at 8:00 PM, and when we asked the driver when the first toilet break would be, he told us in three hours. In reality, no stop was made until 2:30 AM, six and a half hours later!! Despite repeated requests from multiple passengers. Eventually, after insistent demands from everyone on board, the driver stopped but only on the side of a highway, in a field, with no facilities at all, All passengers were forced to relieve themselves outside, which is completely unacceptable, especially for a service advertised as "prestige". Additionally, there was no stop for food during the entire 14-hour journey. This should have been clearly communicated beforehand, so passengers could bring enough provisions. On top of that, the driver and attendant did not speak a word of English, making communication very difficult throughout the trip. I understand that night journeys can be long, but a minimum level of comfort and respect for basic human needs (toilets, food, communication should always be provided — especially considering the high price charged for this category of service.

The bus wasn't cleaned when we got our seats, so we had to clean for trash. The smell of urine was so strong, that we asked to get moved further in the front. That didn't help much. The seats are the most uncomfortable we have tried on a sleeping bus, and the shortest. The driver was smoking inside the bus in the front, when we were stopping for packages or passengers, so we could smell it in the hole bus.. When we arrived, my backpack was soaking wet somehow, and they just explained it was because of heavy rain in the night. All my clothes was wet and had mould/colour stains so I had to get everything cleaned.
