Catalina WEven though the bed is more comfortable than on other buses, it's impossible to sleep good because the driver frantically honks his horn EVERY MINUTE. I'm not exaggerating. Plus, they shout and turn on the lights at 2 am.. 3 am.. they don’t care if everyone is sleeping. Also no wifi inside the bus.

Kaliopé IWe had booked the "limousine prestige" service, expecting a higher standard of comfort and care.
The bus departed at 8:00 PM, and when we asked the driver when the first toilet break would be, he told us in three hours. In reality, no stop was made until 2:30 AM, six and a half hours later!! Despite repeated requests from multiple passengers.
Eventually, after insistent demands from everyone on board, the driver stopped but only on the side of a highway, in a field, with no facilities at all, All passengers were forced to relieve themselves outside, which is completely unacceptable, especially for a service advertised as "prestige".
Additionally, there was no stop for food during the entire 14-hour journey. This should have been clearly communicated beforehand, so passengers could bring enough provisions.
On top of that, the driver and attendant did not speak a word of English, making communication very difficult throughout the trip.
I understand that night journeys can be long, but a minimum level of comfort and respect for basic human needs (toilets, food, communication should always be provided — especially considering the high price charged for this category of service.

Kasper KThe bus wasn't cleaned when we got our seats, so we had to clean for trash. The smell of urine was so strong, that we asked to get moved further in the front. That didn't help much.
The seats are the most uncomfortable we have tried on a sleeping bus, and the shortest.
The driver was smoking inside the bus in the front, when we were stopping for packages or passengers, so we could smell it in the hole bus..
When we arrived, my backpack was soaking wet somehow, and they just explained it was because of heavy rain in the night.
All my clothes was wet and had mould/colour stains so I had to get everything cleaned.

Amy JGlad it was only a 2 sided bed bus but we did not get one that looked like the photos at all - was clearly a very old bus. Toilet wouldn’t flush so became almost full to the brim and almost every single bed had at least one aspect of it that was broken

Dorian BAfter my partner and I were asked to share a bunk in exchange for a small refund of the price, the agreed amount was simply not kept after the journey and we paid 1/4 less. In addition, the bus driver smoked several times on the bus during the journey, which meant that every passenger had to breathe these toxic gases. I would use a different company next time.

Patric FThe experience was better than expected. They messaged me the day prior to confirm and tell me where to meet their van for pick-up. It was on time and quickly drove me and the other passengers to the bus. The ride from Hoi An to Ninh Binh is long but the bus was comfortable enough and I had no complaints.

Tayahna RThe first bus I got on was phenomenal. 2 rows of beds, spacious, comfortable. At the stop in Hue, we transferred buses. The next bus had 3 rows of beds down the bus. The first bus was VIP, the second was not. It was tolerable, just not what I paid for. 4/10, slightly below average
