The bus was dirty with the pillow and blanket both not being washed still covered in food and hair. The bus driver chain smoked the entire time inside the bus making the bus smell of smoke. However they got us here on time and with no fuss

It has good space but its not a proper sleeper with flat bed instead a tilted one, plus the compartment was dirty. Staff is nice.

The trip was on time and the bus was fine. Water was provided and the staff at pick up station were very friendly. Unfortunately, we were kicked out at the wrong stop, which was much further from our accommodation. The bus also arrived 1 1/2h early and no one prepared us for the abrupt stop, so everyone was practically still asleep and had to hurry out of the bus.

I understand that booking less than 48 hours before departure is risky, but if it's impossible, it shouldn't be offered. Communication with the operator was very chaotic. First of all, what I wanted to book wasn't available. Finally, after a few iterations, for the same price, our bus departed later, arrived earlier, and we had different spots than I booked. All in all, the bus was new, clean, safe, and we arrived there where we wanted, so I shouldn't complain.

Bus was comfortable and clean. The bus company changed the pick up location 30min before departure after we had already arrived at the initial location. Also our bus arrived 2h30min ahead of schedule which isn’t particularly a problem, just make sure to check your location as the schedule isn’t really respected.

I took the sleep bus from Hoi An to Tam Coc and overall the experience was excellent. The service was great and the bed was very comfortable. The only thing to note is that we arrived earlier than expected (around 6:00 AM in Ninh Binh instead of 7:45 AM). I woke up by chance to get off, and then their charter van took us directly to our hotel, which was very convenient. Just something to be aware of. Overall, I highly recommend it. Tip: avoid the last beds, as they are a bit shorter :)
