First bus got canceled due to "scheduled maintanence". Other passengers heard, that this bus was overbooked. An bus 3h earlier was offered wich then we we're on our way to the bus station, should be 90 min late.

The 2nd driver or employee on the bus came directly to the back where there was a small bed behind my seat and proceeded to snore extremely loud the whole way! It was awful! It was like someone was drilling in my head for 9hrs not to mention the driver honks obnoxiously pretty much the whole time. The bus wasn’t very clean either but like they say jog get what you pay for and the options were limited for the routing! It got us there safe and sound tho!

Bus was 1.5 hours late. Almost no communication prior to the trip and support Hotline not answered. Reckless driving, sleep almost impossible due to constant honking and changes in velocity. Very disorganized in general. USB ports not working in the bus.

The trip was good. Inside the bus there was a very strong smell of cigarettes. At no point were we told about the Wi-Fi. They also didn't take us to our final destination; they dropped us off about 10 minutes before the location. But it was easy to get a Grab to our hotel.
