Communication with the company was good and the bus was clean however the bus did not stop for a toilet break. Bags filled the aisle making it hard to go to the toilet on the bus. Driving was crazy which meant we had no sleep.

Had a very bad experience and wouldn’t recommend this company. They cancelled our original bus and moved us to an earlier one—most likely just to fill up their seats. Honestly, it makes you wonder why they even offer so many departure times if they’re just going to cancel and reshuffle passengers. Then we were given the wrong arrival time, which resulted in us being dropped off in the middle of the night in the city. The entire journey felt unsafe. The driver was driving recklessly, overtaking in a way that honestly made it feel like he had no regard for anyone’s life. On top of that, he was smoking inside the bus and the ventilation didn’t even work.
