The operator was rushing us to go because they were late for pickup. Bad communicaton, had to wait two hours for Them to stop for a toilet. Other than that the cabins are comfortable

It did not drop me off at the location mentioned in Nha Trang, it dropped me off 15km away so I had to spend more money to get to my accommodation, which wouldn’t have happened if I was dropped off at the correct location

Good communication, but the bus was an hour late, drove incredibly fast, and honked the horn constantly all night. Made for a difficult and interrupted sleep on this over night bus trip.

First bus got canceled due to "scheduled maintanence". Other passengers heard, that this bus was overbooked. An bus 3h earlier was offered wich then we we're on our way to the bus station, should be 90 min late.
