Callen EGood communication, but the bus was an hour late, drove incredibly fast, and honked the horn constantly all night. Made for a difficult and interrupted sleep on this over night bus trip.

Ronson MThe service advertised does not match reality at all. The company promotes this as a “super luxury” bus, with seat massage and food provided during the waiting time, but none of this was delivered.
The bus was two hours late, and passengers were left waiting in a place with no infrastructure whatsoever. There was no food, no comfort, and even the bathroom had to be paid for, which is completely unacceptable.
The blankets provided in the cabins had clearly been used before. I personally saw a staff member simply folding the blankets and placing them back for reuse, which is disgusting and extremely unhygienic.
The seats did not have massage, were uncomfortable, and the driver drove very poorly, making sudden turns and aggressive maneuvers that made the trip extremely uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, this was a 10-hour journey with no bathroom on the bus, which is absolutely inadmissible. During the night, the bus stopped three times for bathroom breaks, and the driver shouted for everyone to get off and use the restroom.
Overall, this was the worst bus trip I have ever experienced. I do not recommend this company under any circumstances.

Matthias BFirst bus got canceled due to "scheduled maintanence". Other passengers heard, that this bus was overbooked.
An bus 3h earlier was offered wich then we we're on our way to the bus station, should be 90 min late.

Hanna AThe 2nd driver or employee on the bus came directly to the back where there was a small bed behind my seat and proceeded to snore extremely loud the whole way! It was awful! It was like someone was drilling in my head for 9hrs not to mention the driver honks obnoxiously pretty much the whole time. The bus wasn’t very clean either but like they say jog get what you pay for and the options were limited for the routing! It got us there safe and sound tho!

Randy EBus was 1.5 hours late. Almost no communication prior to the trip and support Hotline not answered. Reckless driving, sleep almost impossible due to constant honking and changes in velocity. Very disorganized in general. USB ports not working in the bus.

Tiago The trip was good. Inside the bus there was a very strong smell of cigarettes. At no point were we told about the Wi-Fi. They also didn't take us to our final destination; they dropped us off about 10 minutes before the location. But it was easy to get a Grab to our hotel.
