Hoi An - Hue trip. First of all, we received a message at 4:30 pm asking us to be ready to leave at 5:00 pm instead of 6:00 pm, explaining that local traffic was disrupted and we therefore had to leave earlier. I imagine this could have been anticipated more, especially by local drivers. Then, after an hour's journey, the taxi pulled over to the side of a four-lane highway, telling us we had to get out and take another taxi to our final destination. The second driver drove abruptly, sometimes dangerously, and used his phone while driving. Finally, although he could have dropped us off since we were supposed to finish the trip in the city center, he preferred to drop off other passengers outside the city, forcing us to take a longer trip than planned. The language barrier prevented us from saying anything since he didn't speak English, and we were in the back seats of the vehicle. We would have appreciated being informed at least of the change of vehicle and the increased travel time. We do not recommend traveling with this operator.

Very comfortable.staff were excellent. Bus was luxurious. Particularly enjoyed the massage function. Only minor problem was that the pick up spot wasn't very well marked.

First driver was 35 minutes late, when it was time to change car in da nang there was hardly any room for luggage and the vehicle was a small 7 seater that 4 men (including the driver) and three woman had to squeeze into.

It was good, comfy seats which is the most important thing. However, there were bright neon flashing lights on the ceiling the whole time which made me feel a bit sick. Also, we booked for 15:20, but they changed our booking to 15:00 with no prior warning, and insisted we be picked up at 14:30 at a drop-off location. Luckily e had allowed tie, but just make sure you are not leaving it to the last minute! However, it was nice to get to my destination a little early, and the journey was smooth and good.
