This is the best bus I have ever been in. It's a luxurious experience that is worth every penny. You have a reclining seat that massages you on the way. The only reason I am giving 4 stars if because it was 1 hour late to the destination for operational reasons and also driver nearly took off without me while I was in the toilet, please count the passengers next time 😭

Bus was clean. We left a bit later than expected, but nothing terrible. We didn't stop where we we supposed to in Hué, so I had to change my transportation to my homestay. Overall, it was average. Not amazing, not bad. For the price, I'd use it again.

Never ever use this operator!! I wish we could give -5 to the company! We used the minibus from Hoi An to Hue. Apperantly they tried to combine two busses together( 10 am and 11 am) even we booked for the 11:00 am, they messaged us to come at 10:00 am since they said everybody wants to go early( there are more than 800 options) and after many rude messages they made us to come to the point at 10:30 am and we started our journey. The seats that we saw in the photos were reserved, so do not think that you will travel with comfortable seats that you saw in the photos. the driver made us to sit to some seats even it is not seat! The car is old, dirty, the seats were uncomfortable! The driver is continuously honking without any reason for 3 hours! So pay more, read the reviews and dont use this company!

Lack of information when the bus departure is delayed well over an hour. Hard to plan food or toilet breaks when you don't know if your departure is in 3 minutes or in 90 minutes. People smoked onboard which was uncomfortable.

Very good bus. Nice seats and everything looks new and clean inside. To keep also the floor inside the bus clean, every passenger received a plastic bag to put the shoes in. Bus had a stop at the office in Danang and another short stop at a gas station a little north of Danang.

The car was no longer in the best condition. All the air vents of the air conditioning were broken and could not be closed. The driver picked us up half an hour early and made several stops along the way, so we arrived half an hour later than expected. In addition, he smoked during the drive with the window open. got a messaagt the night before that we would leave one hour earlier, we then spent 45 min doung long stops. arrived at the given time in Hue tho. Staff was super friendly and cabins were clean and the power outlets worked well
