They changed the time of the bus on the day which we couldn’t do so we tried to cancel which was bad, but then they arranged a private car to take us back which was good, but then the car was over 1.5 hours late and we couldn’t get hold of the company so we thought it wasn’t coming which was stressful, but then it did eventually come which was good. A rollercoaster of an experience really. We did get home in the end, only 45 mins late because the second driver (there were two drivers and we had to change car in Da nang) was rapid. We didn’t have to pay any difference so good, but a little stressful start to finish

Boarding was smooth and bus was clean and super comfortable. My ride was from Hoi An to Hue and there was a stop in Da Nang where on of the passengers was late and driver called them many times and waited for them. So they really cared about passengers and will not leave you in the middle of nowhere like I saw in reviews for another companies.

Coach was very clean & comfortable, with reclining seats & foot rests, I could charge my phone, & water was provided. The driver was polite & his driving was excellent & the coach left on time. I won’t hesitate to use G8 again, I was very impressed with the service.

Very comfortable.staff were excellent. Bus was luxurious. Particularly enjoyed the massage function. Only minor problem was that the pick up spot wasn't very well marked.

First driver was 35 minutes late, when it was time to change car in da nang there was hardly any room for luggage and the vehicle was a small 7 seater that 4 men (including the driver) and three woman had to squeeze into.
