Pick up was ok and timely. Drop off was in the middle of nowhere early in the am. At the stops you don’t know when bus leaves or what is happening. Smoking I guess is allowed on the bus. Seats are dirty and blanket has holes. Also very cold on the bus.

Our backpacks were stored in the same compartment as fish which got all our luggage soaked in fish water. It was wet and smelled disgusting and we had to wash all of our stuff afterwards.

Loved the private cabin! It’s small but comfortable. I could sleep, watch Netflix, and just chill. The ride was long, but I arrived rested. Would book again next time.
