I missed a professional communication between Viet Lao and 12go. The bus I paid for was fully booked. I had to take another one, but 12go continued to send information about the fully booked bus. Oddly enough, whenever we book, we always get seats at the back of the bus, despite asking otherwise.

I booked it from Hoi An to Dalat, it was meant to arrive at 8am and it arrived at 6am. Left me at a petrol station and the bus made one stop (10 hour drive) at 2 am after 6 hours.

The beds are very small and narrow compared to other sleeper bus I have been on. I felt as if iwas in a coffin! Im only 160 m and having a backpack which couldn't fit into the small storage at the end of the bed was not ideal

Overall, I had a great experience with this sleeper bus. The bed was very comfortable, and the driver was sensible. The only downside was that there were no snacks or entertainment screens, even though they were advertised when I booked. Despite that, I would happily travel with this company again and would recommend them.

Service was over an hour and a half late. Communication of when the bus would be arriving was poor as I was constantly calling them to find out where the bus was. As a solo female passenger, being left on the side of the road at night time not knowing when the bus would be arriving was very unsettling.

Inside of bus was good. Beds were clean. The operator let someone put a 4L bottle of peanut oil in the luggage area and it ruptured. It was on everyone's luggage. It soaked a couple of people's backpacks. It got inside of our luggage and ruined several pieces of clothing. The driver and office were no help.
