Greta I would advise avoiding this company and especially for the Hoi An- Da Lat route at all costs.
Just 2½ hours before departure time, I received a WhatsApp advising that "because of some reason" the bus would now depart one hour early. After rushing to be in time for "check-in" which I was advised to arrive for 20 minutes before departure time, once I arrived at the bus station I received another WhatsApp advising that "because of some reason" the bus would now depart at its original time an hour later.
The bus station was in an isolated location with very limited facilities, including no suitable food options and no running water in the bathrooms and there were very few other people there at that time of night. As a solo female traveller, I felt very uncomfortable waiting there for over an hour (there was no "check-in" and no benefit to arrive at the bus station 20 minutes early).
The journey itself was no better. There were only two comfort breaks, with the first not until almost 4½ hours after departure and then the second nearly 4 hours later. The blind in my sleeper cabin was broken and couldn't be closed, making it difficult to rest.
The driver stopped for almost 30 minutes on the side of a mountain to pressure-wash the outside of the bus with a hose while passengers were trying to sleep. The constant noise and water hitting the windows with pressure made it impossible to rest.
Overall, the company showed no respect for passenger time, comfort or safety. I would never travel with this company again.

Bartosz GOverall, I had a great experience with this sleeper bus. The bed was very comfortable, and the driver was sensible. The only downside was that there were no snacks or entertainment screens, even though they were advertised when I booked. Despite that, I would happily travel with this company again and would recommend them.

Alice BService was over an hour and a half late. Communication of when the bus would be arriving was poor as I was constantly calling them to find out where the bus was. As a solo female passenger, being left on the side of the road at night time not knowing when the bus would be arriving was very unsettling.

Deborah Inside of bus was good. Beds were clean. The operator let someone put a 4L bottle of peanut oil in the luggage area and it ruptured. It was on everyone's luggage. It soaked a couple of people's backpacks. It got inside of our luggage and ruined several pieces of clothing. The driver and office were no help.

Suzanne SThe check in and getting on the bus was fine however the driver drove like crash bandicoot. He drove so fast and hard over bumps that we were flung around nearly falling off the beds. Luckily there were seatbelts to keep us secure that we had on extra tight but we didn’t sleep at all due to being flung around for 10 hours. He arrived two hours early but I would have rather a smoother journey and arrived on time.

Vitalis WDriver was driving way to Hectic to Safe time. Which meant an arrival 1,5h ratloser but no possible „sleep“ on the sleeper Bus since you get thrown around all the time.

Sofiia RIn the morning of the travel day operator informed us that bus will depart 1.5 h earlier than we booked. This has changed our plans for the day significantly that was very disappointing as we booked specifically late to leave Hoi An as late as possible to catch evenings view. The beds in the end of the bus was not possible to make horizontal and this was very uncomfortable. We are 1.6 m but felt there like in the box and could not sleep at all because of the position of the bed. Arrived too early and very tired.
From positives - we had good amount of toilet stops and bus was not too noisy, charging sockets were working.
